The Upper Valley Subcommittee represents the communities of Piermont, Orford, Lyme, Hanover, and Lebanon in New Hampshire and Bradford, Fairlee, Thetford, Norwich, and Hartford in Vermont.
Meetings: The Upper Valley Subcommittee meets bi-monthly on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Latham Memorial Library in Thetford, VT.
Leadership and Staff: Marc White is Chair; Steve Stocking is Vice-Chair. Rachel Ruppel of the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission is the staff consultant.
